You can call me D. I've written for years on Sadistic Excess and have only just now decided to go on a new adventure with my writing. This place is the remains of my blog, will not be updated, and contains a huge footprint of my personality.
I've decided to close up some, open up in other ways, and generally take another fork in the path. I've left this here for those that do not want to follow, those that want to look back and remember, and those who found comfort in what I wrote.
Some of it is arrogant. Some of it is humble, offensive, embarrassing, hostile....etc. And some of it will make you angry, but as Phillip Pullman said most eloquently,
"No one has the right to live without being shocked. No one has the right to spend their life without being offended. Nobody has to read this book, nobody has to pick it up, nobody has to open it, and if they open it and read it, they don't have to like it...."
